HIGH PRESSURE WILL DROP INTO THE REGION TODAY AND TONIGHT...USHERING
IN SOME BRISK WEATHER CONDITIONS. BREEZY NORTH NORTHWEST WINDS AND
UNSEASONABLY COLD TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED. A FEW LIGHT SNOW
SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...WITH A FEW
SPRINKLES OR FLURRIES EXTENDING INTO SOUTHEAST SOUTH
DAKOTA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...NORTHWEST IOWA AND INTO NORTHERN
NEBRASKA. ACTIVITY WILL END BY SUNSET. WINDS BECOME LIGHT WITH
MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES TONIGHT.

HIGH TODAY WILL ONLY REACH THE MID 30S TO MID 40S. LOWS TONIGHT
TUMBLE INTO THE UPPER TEENS TO MID 20S. WARMER TEMPERATURES RETURN
ON TUESDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE 40S EAST OF INTERSTATE 29 AND IN THE
50S TO MID 60S TO THE WEST.
