A NEARLY STATIONARY FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL SET UP AN PROLONGED WET
PATTERN FOR THE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE REGION THROUGH LATE WEEK.
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO PERIODICALLY TRACK ACROSS
AREAS MAINLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 90 THROUGH AT LEAST THURSDAY...WITH
CHANCES GRADUALLY TAPERING OFF FROM WEST TO EAST LATE THIS WEEK.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERN WITH THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY. NORTHERN AREAS WILL REMAIN LARGELY DRY THROUGH THE
PERIOD.

DAYTIME HIGHS WILL BE COOLER THAN NORMAL WITH READINGS IN THE UPPER
60S AND 70S COMMON TODAY AND WEDNESDAY.
