HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE EAST OF THE AREA ALLOWING SOUTHERLY RETURN
FLOW TO DEVELOP. SO WHILE THE WINDS WILL BE A BIT
STRONGER...AVERAGING ABOUT 10 TO 20 MPH...TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO BE
ABOUT 5 TO 10 DEGREES WARMER. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 60S IN
SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA TO NEAR 80 OVER THE WESTERN HIGH PLAINS. BY
TONIGHT THERE WILL BE A BIT OF AN INCREASE IN CLOUD COVER AND WHEN
COUPLED WITH A FAIRLY STEADY SOUTH WIND AROUND 10 MPH LOWS WILL BE
QUITE A BIT MILDER...MAINLY IN THE UPPER 40S TO LOWER 50S.
