CLOUDY SKIES WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE REGION ON THE FIRST DAY OF
OCTOBER.  A FEW SHOWERS MAY LINGER OVER THE EASTERN PORTIONS OF
SOUTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING...OTHERWISE TEMPERATURES WILL AGAIN CLIMB
NEAR TO ABOVE NORMAL.  A COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP THROUGH THE REGION
THIS AFTERNOON...BRINGING COOLER AIR TO THE REGION.  HOWEVER...RAIN
CHANCES WILL INCREASE AGAIN LATE TONIGHT.
