A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL WORK ACROSS THE AREA THIS EVENING...GRADUALLY
SETTLING ACROSS NORTHERN KANSAS AND MISSOURI BY MIDDAY FRIDAY. AS
THE FRONT PUSHES THROUGH AREAS EAST OF THE SIOUX FALLS AREA EARLY
THIS EVENING...AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM OR TWO MAY DEVELOP...WITH
THE RISK OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL OR DAMAGING WIND. THE BETTER CHANCE
FOR RAINFALL WILL REFOCUS ACROSS THE WESTERN PLAINS OVERNIGHT AND
FRIDAY. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL VARY FROM AROUND 60 IN THE FAR WESTERN
PLAINS...TO AROUND 70 IN IOWA.  WITH LIGHT WINDS AND LINGERING
HUMIDITY...AREAS OF FOG WILL DEVELOP LATER TONIGHT AND FRIDAY
MORNING FROM THE EASTERN DAKOTAS AND NEBRASKA THROUGH MINNESOTA AND
IOWA.

UNFORTUNATELY...HUMIDITY RELIEF WILL BE SOMEWHAT LIMITED AS WINDS
FLIP AROUND TOWARD EASTERLY DURING THE DAY...WITH WARM AND HUMID
CONDITIONS AGAIN EXPECTED ACROSS THE EASTERN PLAINS ON FRIDAY. HIGHS
WILL BE A TOUCH COOLER...FROM 70S NORTH TO UPPER 80S TO AROUND 90
SOUTH...BUT HEAT INDICES INTO THE 90S WILL AGAIN BE FOUND ACROSS
IOWA AND NEARBY AREAS BY AFTERNOON.
