HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO BE THE LARGEST CONCERN ACROSS THE
REGION OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ONE PUSH OF HEAVIER RAINFALL
WILL OCCUR TODAY IN AREAS GENERALLY SOUTH OF A LINE FROM WINDOM TO
YANKTON.  ANOTHER PUSH OF HEAVIER RAINFALL IS LIKELY ON FRIDAY
ACROSS NORTHWEST IOWA...WHERE A TOTAL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES RAINFALL IS
EXPECTED. HEAVIEST RAINFALL IS EXPECTED SOUTH TOWARD INTERSTATE 80.
