TODAY. LIGHT PRECIPITATION WILL BREAK OUT EARLY THIS MORNING...
GRADUALLY BECOMING MORE WIDESPREAD ACROSS EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND
INTO MINNESOTA BY AFTERNOON. AS COOLER AIR WORKS INTO THE SYSTEM...
A MIX OR CHANGE TO SNOW IS LIKELY FOR AREAS GENERALLY NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 90. THE PRECIPITATION WILL SHIFT LARGELY INTO MINNESOTA
AND IOWA BY EARLY EVENING.  LOCATIONS FROM NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA
THROUGH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST MINNESOTA WILL UNFORTUNATELY
EXPERIENCE THE MOST SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL...WITH WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORIES AND WINTER STORM WARNINGS IN EFFECT INTO TONIGHT.

COOL CONDITIONS WILL LINGER ON THURSDAY...BUT A WARMING TREND IS
