A COLD FRONT WILL TRACK ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS TODAY AND
TONIGHT. AHEAD OF THE FRONT...WARM LATE SUMMER WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED WITH GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS AND HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE
80S TO NEAR 90. MUCH OF THE AREA WILL REMAIN DRY LATE THIS MORNING
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...HOWEVER SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND BEHIND THE FRONT IN NORTHERN
NEBRASKA...NORTHWEST IOWA AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA THIS EVENING INTO
THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. AN ISOLATED STORM MAY BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE
THIS EVENING INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. LOWS TONIGHT WILL BE IN
THE 50S BEHIND THE FRONT AND THE 60S AHEAD OF IT.

THE REST OF THE WEEKEND APPEARS TO BE DRY AND MILD...WITH HIGHS IN
THE 70S TO LOW 80S. THE NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN COMES INTO THE FORECAST
TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...AS HIGH TEMPERATURES SETTLE CLOSER TO
THE UPPER 60S TO MID 70S RANGE.
