HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE OFF TO THE EAST TODAY...WITH A SOUTHERLY
BREEZE INCREASING...STRONGEST WEST OF THE JAMES RIVER WHERE GUSTS TO
30 MPH ARE LIKELY. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A MOSTLY SUNNY DAY...WITH
CLOUDS SLOWLY INCREASING FROM WEST TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON AND NIGHT.
HIGHS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE LOW TO MID 70S. SCATTERED TO
NUMEROUS SHOWERS...AND POSSIBLY A THUNDERSTORM...WILL DEVELOP
TONIGHT AND SLOWLY MOVE EAST. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY TONIGHT SHOULD
REMAIN WEST OF INTERSTATE 29...WITH THE SHOWERS SPREADING OVER THE
REMAINDER OF THE AREA DURING THE DAY TUESDAY.
