REGIONAL WEATHER SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTH CENTRAL UNITED STATES
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SIOUX FALLS SD
346 PM CDT THU SEP 11 2014

COOL AND CLOUDY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST TONIGHT WITH OCCASIONAL RAIN
SHOWERS LINGERING ACROSS MUCH OF NEBRASKA AND IOWA...AND THE
SOUTHERN HALF OF SOUTH DAKOTA. RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MIX WITH SNOW
ACROSS THE BLACK HILLS AND FAR WESTERN NEBRASKA. ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS WILL PERSIST ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE
REGION INTO FRIDAY...WHILE SKIES WILL BEGIN TO CLEAR IN THE WEST.
MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES WILL BE FOUND THROUGHOUT THE REGION FRIDAY NIGHT
AND SATURDAY...HOWEVER TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN WELL BELOW
NORMAL.

LOWS TONIGHT AND FRIDAY NIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER 20S TO NEAR
40. HIGHS WILL ONLY REACH THE UPPER 40S TO MID 50S ON FRIDAY...THEN
IMPROVE INTO THE 60S ON SATURDAY.
