LIGHT RAIN WILL EXIT THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING...PUSHING INTO
MINNESOTA AND IOWA. NORTHERLY FLOW AND DRIER AIR WILL MOVE IN
THROUGH THE DAY...SETTING UP A COOL BUT FAIRLY PLEASANT DAY. HIGHS
WILL TOP OUT ONLY IN THE 60S. COOL HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE THROUGH
OVERNIGHT AND COULD ALLOW SOME PATCHY FOG TO DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT
AND EARLY ON TUESDAY MORNING. LOWS WILL BOTTOM OUT IN THE UPPER 30S
TO LOWER 40S.
