* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH THIS
  AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY WILL CAUSE BLOWING SNOW. THIS WILL
  FREQUENTLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO A HALF MILE OR LESS...
  POSSIBLY EVEN TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES.
