MONDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM
TO 6 PM CST MONDAY.

* TIMING...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE QUITE STRONG IN THE LATE
  MORNING AND AFTERNOON MONDAY.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS WILL AVERAGE 20 TO
  35 MPH LATE MONDAY MORNING AND MONDAY AFTERNOON. SPEEDS OF THIS
  MAGNITUDE WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW DUE TO THE FRESH
  SNOW COVER...WITH VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO A HALF MILE OR LESS AT
  TIMES IN OPEN AREAS.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...WILL DROP TO BETWEEN 10 BELOW AND 20 BELOW
  ZERO BY LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO STRONG WINDS BLOWING SNOW
AROUND. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN
AREAS...AS THE INTENSITY OF BLOWING SNOW WILL LIKELY VARY GREATLY

THERE STILL COULD BE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW TONIGHT AND MONDAY
REDUCING VISIBILITIES. BUT WIDESPREAD VISIBILITY REDUCTION IS NOT
EXPECTED. ONE MORE THING TO CONSIDER HOWEVER...IS THAT WIND CHILL
VALUES WILL BE AVERAGING 10 BELOW TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO LATE
