WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO NOON CST SUNDAY.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN BY EARLY AFTERNOON...MIXED WITH RAIN AT
  FIRST NEAR THE MISSOURI RIVER. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
  TONIGHT AND DECREASE SUNDAY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...5 TO 8 INCHES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO A HALF MILE OR
  LESS IN FALLING SNOW. NORTH WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 MPH
  WILL CAUSE SOME DRIFTING SNOW.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...DROPPING TO ZERO TO 10 BELOW BY SUNDAY
