* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED TO RANGE
  FROM 4 TO 7 INCHES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS FROM 20 TO 35
  MPH WILL CREATE SOME VISIBILITY AS LOW AS ONE HALF MILE AT
  TIMES OF FALLING SNOW.
