* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF THIS AFTERNOON...BUT
  AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.

* ACCUMULATIONS...LITTLE ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED
  INTO TONIGHT.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS
  TO 40 MPH WILL PERSIST INTO THE EVENING. WHILE WINDS WILL
