NOON CST WEDNESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON CST WEDNESDAY.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN TO DEVELOP AFTER 10 PM THIS
  EVENING. THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS MOST LIKELY FROM ABOUT MIDNIGHT TO
  5 AM. ADDITIONAL SNOW SHOWERS WILL REMAIN LIKELY INTO WEDNESDAY
  AFTERNOON. ANY BLOWING SNOW THAT DOES DEVELOP SHOULD OCCUR FROM
  MID MORNING WEDNESDAY TO AROUND SUNSET WEDNESDAY EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED BY
  WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE WEDNESDAY
  MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNSET AT 15 TO 30 MPH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO A COMBINATION OF FALLING AND
BLOWING SNOW. USE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN
AREAS.
