  MONDAY MORNING. THE WORST CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY OCCUR FROM MID
  EVENING THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS MONDAY...WHEN WINDS WILL
  BE AT THEIR STRONGEST.

* WINDS / VISIBILITIES...WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 50 MPH WILL
  COMBINE WITH FREQUENT SNOW SHOWERS...TO CAUSE PERIODS OF
  WHITEOUT CONDITIONS IN FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS UP TO 1 INCH IS
  POSSIBLE...HOWEVER AMOUNTS COULD VARY GREATLY OVER SMALL
  DISTANCES DUE TO THE EXPECTED SHOWERY NATURE OF THE SNOWFALL.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TO IMPOSSIBLE...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LIGHT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST MONDAY.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF THROUGH THE NIGHT
  BUT BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO MONDAY MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ACCUMULATIONS OF ABOUT A HALF AN INCH ARE
  POSSIBLE.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS
  TO 50 MPH WILL BE LIKELY THROUGH THE NIGHT. WITH A HALF AN INCH
  OF NEW SNOW IN MANY LOCATIONS THIS WILL CREATE REDUCED
  VISIBILITY AND SLICK DRIVING CONDITIONS.

VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO STRONG WINDS BLOWING SNOW
