EVENING...

* TIMING...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE STRONG FROM LATE MORNING
  THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...BEFORE TAPERING DOWN THIS EVENING.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS WILL AVERAGE 20 TO
  35 MPH. SPEEDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND
  DRIFTING SNOW DUE TO THE FRESH SNOW COVER...WITH VISIBILITIES
  BRIEFLY REDUCED TO A HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES IN OPEN AREAS.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...THE WINDS AND COLD TEMPERATURES WILL
  RESULT IN WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE RANGE OF 10 BELOW ZERO TO
  15 BELOW ZERO TODAY.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO STRONG WINDS BLOWING SNOW
AROUND. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN
AREAS...AS THE INTENSITY OF BLOWING SNOW WILL LIKELY VARY GREATLY
OVER SHORT DISTANCES.
