* TIMING...PRECIPITATION COVERAGE WILL INCREASE AFTER MIDNIGHT
  AS RAIN AND SLEET...CHANGING OVER TO SNOW IN THE LATE NIGHT
  AND EARLY MORNING HOURS. SNOW WILL CONTINUE...BRIEFLY HEAVY
  DURING THE MORNING THROUGH MID AFTERNOON...TAPERING OFF DURING
  THE EARLY EVENING. SOME AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE
  MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ANY ICE ACCUMULATIONS SHOULD BE MINOR...WITH
  TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 3 TO 6 INCHES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS FROM 20 TO 35
  MPH WILL CREATE SOME VISIBILITY AS LOW AS ONE HALF MILE AT
  TIMES OF FALLING SNOW.

  AN INCH ARE EXPECTED. TOTAL SNOWFALL WILL RANGE FROM 2 TO 3
  INCHES NEAR HIGHWAY 14...TO 3 TO 5 INCHES SOUTH OF INTERSTATE
  90.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...INCREASING NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS AT
  20 TO 30 MPH WILL CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW DURING THE
  AFTERNOON MAINLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 90.
