* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF AROUND AN INCH
  POSSIBLE.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WILL CAUSE
  DRIFTING OF THE SNOW ON THE GROUND. VISIBILITIES AROUND A MILE
  WILL CONTINUE INTO EARLY AFTERNOON...BUT WILL IMPROVE AS SNOW
  DECREASES IN INTENSITY.
