THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO FALL THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON
  HOURS. THE SNOW WILL BE MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES INTO EARLY
  AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WITH ISOLATED
  AMOUNTS NEAR 4 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS
  AROUND 35 MPH. THIS WILL BE A WET SNOW...SO VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS
  FROM BLOWING OF THE SNOW ON THE GROUND IS NOT ANTICIPATED. HOWEVER
  WHEN THE SNOW IS FALLING...VISIBILITY BELOW A HALF MILE IS LIKELY
  AT TIMES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL
CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED
