The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has cancelled the
Blizzard Warning.

Light snow has come to an end or will be coming to an end early
this afternoon. While winds may continue to gust to 30 mph,
widespread blowing snow is not anticipated. Roads however will
remain slippery into the evening.

Winter Storm Warning.

...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST
TONIGHT...

* TIMING...Snow will gradually taper off this afternoon.


* ACCUMULATIONS...Additional accumulations averaging 1 inch is
possible.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...North winds of 25 to 35 mph, with
  occasional gusts of 40 to 45 mph, will be common this afternoon
  before diminishing this evening. Expect areas of low
visibility, especially while snow is falling.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions...making travel extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If
you must travel...have a winter survival kit with you. If you get
stranded...stay with your vehicle.
