STORM WARNING FOR MIXED PRECIPITATION...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM
8 AM THIS MORNING TO 9 PM CST THIS EVENING. THE WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TIMING...RAINFALL EARLY THIS MORNING WILL BEGIN TO TRANSITION TO
  FREEZING RAIN DURING THE MORNING...BEFORE CHANGING TO SNOW BY
  EARLY AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL WILL TAPER OFF DURING THE EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS UP TO ONE TO TWO TENTHS OF AN
  INCH ARE LIKELY. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED FROM 2 TO 4
  INCHES.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF
