TODAY...

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE FOR MOST OF THIS MORNING THEN
  DECREASE RAPIDLY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL STEADILY
  INCREASE THROUGH THE MORNING WITH STRONG WINDS CONTINUING THIS
  AFTERNOON. SOME BLOWING SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED THIS MORNING. THE
  BLOWING SNOW SHOULD DECREASE THIS AFTERNOON AS THE SNOW ENDS...
  AND END BY EARLY EVENING AS WINDS DECREASE.

* ACCUMULATIONS...THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF TOTAL SNOWFALL IS
  EXPECTED BY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH
  WITH A FEW HIGHER GUSTS THIS MORNING WITH THESE WINDS
  CONTINUING INTO LATE AFTERNOON.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO A COMBINATION OF FALLING AND
