WEDNESDAY...

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL GRADUALLY DEVELOP TONIGHT. THE
  HEAVIEST SNOW IS MOST LIKELY FROM ABOUT MIDNIGHT TO 5 AM.
  ADDITIONAL SNOW SHOWERS WILL REMAIN LIKELY INTO WEDNESDAY
  AFTERNOON. ANY BLOWING SNOW THAT DOES DEVELOP SHOULD OCCUR FROM
  MID MORNING WEDNESDAY TO AROUND SUNSET WEDNESDAY EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED
  BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE WEDNESDAY
  MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNSET AT 15 TO 30 MPH.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO A COMBINATION OF FALLING AND

AREAS.
