* ACCUMULATIONS...5 TO 8 INCHES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO A HALF MILE OR
  LESS IN FALLING SNOW. NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BECOME NORTHERLY BY
