.DISCUSSION...A surface high will move off to the east today, allowing for
winds to become southerly and temperatures to warm about five degrees higher
than yesterday. Relative humidity will fall into the middle to upper 20s in
the afternoon, though with modest winds.

An upper level disturbance and weak surface front could produce scattered
showers or thunderstorms tonight, though confidence in receiving rain is low.
Winds will shift to the northwest Sunday, but with temperatures a few degrees
warmer than today.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (10-20 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 63.
Min humidity........27 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 6 mph shifting to the south 7
                    to 10 mph late in the afternoon.

Transport winds.....West 13 to 15 mph shifting to the southwest 15
