Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Gradually diminishing northeast to east winds can be expected this afternoon.
A light southeast wind will develop this evening, with an onshore flow
pattern expected to prevail thereafter throughout the course of the
week. These onshore winds will increase as we approach the end of the
week, likely reaching Advisory criteria once again by Friday.
