including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Onshore flow should strengthen over the weekend, and at times
small craft will need to exercise caution. Though onshore winds
are returning, they will be relatively light, and one more tide
cycle below astronomical norms can be expected. Small Craft
Advisories may be needed for a stretch early next week with
stronger onshore winds anticipated.
