...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 4 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of southeast Texas,
including the following areas, Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Colorado,
Grimes, Houston, Madison, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity,
Walker, Waller and Washington.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 4 AM CDT early this morning.
