...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN KERN COUNTY THROUGH
415 PM PDT...

At 340 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Inyokern, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
China Lake Acres, Inyokern, Indian Wells Canyon, and Laurel Mountain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
