Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 717 PM CDT, Local law enforcement continues to report some minor flooding across the area. - Flooding impacts are expected to continue. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parsons, Chanute, Neodesha, Fredonia, Erie, St. Paul, Thayer, Altoona, Buffalo, Galesburg, Benedict, Stark, New Albany, Earlton, Coyville, Chanute Airport, Lake Parsons, South Mound and Buxton.
