Hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms impacted the eastern half of
Kansas today, as an area of low pressure meandered over the region.
Activity remained well below severe levels. Late afternoon
temperatures across Kansas reached the 60s and 70s.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms will exit to the east this
evening, with skies becoming mostly clear from the west overnight.
Forecast low temperatures are in the 40s and 50s.

Most will see quiet weather on Tuesday, although a few thunderstorms
are possible over far northwest Kansas late in the day. Forecast
high temperatures are in the 70s and 80s, warmest over western
Kansas.
