  Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Van Wert, Allen IN and
  Adams Counties.

  Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County.

  Eel River at North Manchester affecting Whitley, Cass IN, Miami,
  Wabash and Kosciusko Counties.

  Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Adams and Wells Counties.

  Auglaize River near Fort Jennings affecting Paulding, Allen OH
  and Putnam Counties.

  Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Williams, Defiance and Fulton
  OH Counties.

For the Salamonie River...including Warren, Portland...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
For the Tippecanoe River...including Ora, Winamac, Norway Dam...
Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash,
Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Eel River...including North Manchester...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Auglaize River...including Fort Jennings, Defiance...Minor
flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary`s River near
Fort Wayne...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur.

* WHEN...From this evening to early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, County road 225 north of Pleasant Mills is
  flooded. Agricultural land flooding increases in northern...
  central and eastern Adams County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:05 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 17.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:05 PM EDT Thursday was 17.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 17.3 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then rise to 17.4 feet Saturday morning.
    It will fall to 17.3 feet early Sunday morning. It will then
    rise to 17.5 feet Monday morning. It will fall below flood

  agricultural flooding occurs.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:30 PM EDT Thursday was 11.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.7

  Flood waters isolate the amphitheater at Kehoe Park in Bluffton.

  - Forecast...The river will rise to 10.4 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall early Saturday morning. It will rise to
    11.0 feet early Sunday afternoon. It will then fall below
    flood stage late Monday morning.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near
  the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be
  required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:45 PM EDT Thursday was 11.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.3
    feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Minor flooding begins in the northwest
  Ohio counties of northwest Allen, northeast Van Wert, and
  southwest Putnam. Farm land nearest the Auglaize river will be
  affected by flood water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0
    feet early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
