.DISCUSSION... High pressure will continue to build over the
region today and tonight. This will lead to clear skies, light
winds, and cool temperatures. Marginal dry air mix down will occur
this afternoon, bringing minimum relative humidity into the mid to
upper 20% range. Mixing heights up to 6-7kft will allow for good
smoke dispersion this afternoon.
