.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the far S waters this morning will
shift E of the area today through Wed night while maintaining a
ridge across the S portion. A stationary front will slowly move E
and NE across the N waters as a warm front today into tonight.
Weak low pressure will track E just N of the waters tonight into
Wed, then pass E of the waters later Wed and Wed night while
pulling a weakening cold front through the area through Thu
night. A weak low will move over the NE waters Thu night and Fri.
A weak high pressure ridge will build over the waters Thu night
through Sat night.
