offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will prevail
across the region today into Sun, and then shift E of the waters
Sun night. A weak cold front will approach the coast Sun night
into Mon, then move offshore across the waters Mon night. The
front will stall S of the area Tue and Tue night, and then lift N
into the region Wed and Wed night as weak low pressure areas
develop along the front. Otherwise, weak high pressure will build
SE into the area Tue and Tue night, and then shift E of the
region Wed.

.TODAY...NE winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming E to NE 5 to 15 kt. Seas
2 to 4 ft.
.TONIGHT...E winds less than 10 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft.
