Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front across the N waters will continue dissipating today while a warm front across the S waters will begin to lift N across the region and move NE of the area tonight. The associated low pressure system will approach the coast today and move offshore late tonight into Thu. The cold front will stall just S of the waters Thu night and persist Fri and Fri night before exiting to the E Sat and Sat night when another low forms along the front.
