Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will slide E across
the N and central waters today as a warm front persists over the
southern waters, extending E from the South Carolina coast. The
high will move off to the E of the region tonight, as low
pressure develops near the SE coast with the warm front extending
E from the low gradually drifting N. The low will race NE Sat
into Sat night while pushing the warm front N across the waters,
and pulling a cold front offshore. Another low will develop and
strengthen along the cold front later Sat and Sat night, then
move slowly E and SE while passing just E of the central, then
the southern waters Sun through Mon night. A strong high pressure
ridge will build NW and N of the waters Sun night through Mon
night. The low pressure system will remain SE of the waters while
gradually weakening Tue into Tue night, as a weakening ridge
expands S and then slides E over the inner waters.
