.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A coastal trough
will persist along the coast today, then will weaken tonight into
Sun. A cold front will move across the waters Sun night and Mon.
A high pressure ridge will move towards the area Mon night, and
into the NW waters Tue. The ridge will persists across the NW
waters through Wed night as a coastal trough persists along the
Oregon coast.
