height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough will develop along the coast of Oregon tonight, persist
through Mon, then weaken Mon night. High pressure over the waters
early tonight will shift to the NW portion later tonight, then
begin weakening Mon and Mon night. A cold front will approach the
area from the W Mon night, then move across the area Tue and
dissipate Tue night. High pressure will rebuild over the area Tue
night and Wed, then weaken and shift SE Wed night as another cold
front approaches. Low pressure and an associated cold front will
move SE across the area Thu and Thu night. High pressure will
build E toward the waters Fri and Fri night.
