.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front moving SE over the
northern waters early this morning will weaken and reach the
central waters by later today, and then likely dissipate tonight.
High pressure will persist to the W of the area today into Tue
night. A coastal low pressure trough will develop and slowly
strengthen tonight through early Wed, before slowly weakening
thereafter. A weakening low pressure area will pass N of the
waters Mon night and Tue. A high pressure ridge will move E over
the northern waters Wed, and then remain over the N waters Wed
night into Thu night. Please be advised that the USCG remote
communications facility at Cambria is experiencing technical
difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We apologize
