New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge
extending W across the waters will persist through early evening.
Intensifying low pressure about 350 nm SE of Cape Cod will pass
SE of Georges Bank tonight into early Wed as it moves NE.
Another low pressure and an associated strong cold front will
approach the area Wed, and then cross the waters Wed night. A
Strengthening high pressure will build slowly E across the waters
Thu and Thu night, and then prevail across the area Fri through
Sat, before finally shifting S of the waters Sat night. A weak
cold front will move in over the area Sun and dissipate by Sun
night with high pressure building in across the area from the W.
