.DISCUSSION...
A colder and much drier air mass is spreading into the region
this morning with surface dew points already in the single digits
and low teens. RH values early this morning will range from 40 to
50 percent. West to northwest winds will remain elevated near
15-25 mph early this morning as well.

Conditions are more concerning for the daytime hours today as
dewpoints remain in the teens and single digits. This will result
in minimum relative humidity values in the 20-25% range. West to
northwest winds will be in the the 10-20 mph range, with peak
gusts around 25 mph.
