...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN PROWERS AND
NORTHEASTERN BACA COUNTIES THROUGH 230 PM MDT...

At 200 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles east of Two Buttes, or 13 miles northwest of The Saunders
Elevator, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Prowers and northeastern Baca Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
