...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in West
Virginia...Ohio...

  Ohio River At Point Pleasant affecting Mason and Gallia Counties.

For the Ohio River...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Point Pleasant.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 42.0 feet, The Little Kyger Road in Ohio is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 42.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 PM EDT Monday was 42.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tonight and continue falling to 27.2 feet Saturday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    42.3 feet on 12/23/2018.
