...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WIRT...NORTHWESTERN ROANE AND
NORTHEASTERN JACKSON COUNTIES THROUGH 115 PM EDT...

At 1243 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong, heavy
thunderstorm near Sandyville, or 8 miles northeast of Ripley, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs or even trees, and
         blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Elizabeth, Sandyville, Reedy, Lucille, Cherry, Peewee, Greencastle,
Creston, Morristown, Leroy, and Palestine.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
