AFTERNOON...SKIES WERE MOSTLY SUNNY STATEWIDE. AFTERNOON HIGH
TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE 60S IN THE BLACK HILLS AND FAR NORTHWEST...
AND IN THE 70S TO LOWER 80S ELSEWHERE. THE COOLEST HIGH WAS 62
DEGREES AT BUFFALO...AND THE WARMEST WAS 82 DEGREES AT MENNO...
MITCHELL...HURON...WINNER...AND KENNEBEC.

AT 800 PM CDT...MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED IN THE FAR
NORTHWESTERN PARTS OF THE STATE...WITH MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES ELSEWHERE.
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE LOWER 50S IN THE NORTHWEST TO THE MID
AND UPPER 70S IN THE SOUTH. THE EXTREMES WERE 53 DEGREES AT BUFFALO
AND 78 DEGREES AT WINNER. WINDS WERE VARIABLE AT 5 MPH OR LESS FROM
THE JAMES RIVER EASTWARD...WITH WEST OR NORTHWEST WINDS AT 15 TO 30
MPH IN THE WESTERN AND CENTRAL PARTS OF THE STATE.
