At 1 PM, a 1032 mb high was 300 NM west of Cape Mendocino. A 1010
mb low covered the California Bight at the center of a coastal
eddy and a 1004 mb low was over Tucson. Weak onshore flow will
prevail through Sunday, with a coastal eddy spinning today through
Thursday night.
